Do I need to install anything?

No. Noura is an installable web app — open it in your browser on any phone or computer, and add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. No app store needed.

What can I do on the free plan?

Everything you need to track: meal logging by text, daily calories and macros, habits, weekly check-ins, and the Journey progress view. You also get a limited taste of AI photo and barcode logging.

How accurate is the photo logging?

Noura identifies the foods on your plate and estimates portions, then shows you exactly what it assumed — every item is labeled with its AI estimate, and you can adjust grams with a slider or add anything it missed before saving.

How does the coach review actually work?

After your weekly check-in, Noura's AI drafts a plan based on your real data. That draft goes to your coach — not to you. Your coach edits, regenerates, or approves it. Only the approved version appears in your AI Coach page.

Do I have to work with a coach?

Not at all. Premium works fully solo — the AI Coach writes your weekly plan directly. A human coach is an optional layer for people who want professional oversight.

Is my data private?
